Cosmo, the Brigham Young University mascot, recently took the skies.

He sailed through the air with Skydive Utah, and his adventure was posted to YouTube on Aug. 24.

BYU's football team will play its first game of the season Saturday against the University of Nebraska-Lincoln at Memorial Stadium. The women's volleyball, soccer and cross-country teams and the men's cross-country team will also hold events this weekend.

The video had more than 1,000 views at the time of publication of this article.
